The Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority is issuing a Flood Advisory for the Brockville area. Water levels are already high in local creeks and tributaries. Rainfall is expected to continue this evening and diminish overnight. This is expected to elevate water levels. Localized flooding may occur. Residents living adjacent to Buells Creek, Butlers Creek and tributaries to these creeks are advised to be cautious around fast moving waters.
Further updates to watershed conditions will be issued as required, based on weather forecasts and watershed conditions.
